Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, and reports to law enforcement or relevant authorities.
Strictly prohibited
You may not use PixGB to upload, host, link to, or share:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual, pornographic, or exploitative content involving anyone under 18 (or under the age of majority where higher). This is zero tolerance. We will report all such material and related account activity to the appropriate authorities (including, where applicable, UK law enforcement / NCA channels and relevant hotlines) and will cooperate with lawful investigations. We may preserve logs, hashes, and account data as required.
- Grooming or solicitation of minors, or content that sexualises minors even if not explicit photography.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”), voyeuristic imagery, or sexual deepfakes / synthetic intimate imagery of real people without their consent.
- Content that facilitates terrorism, violent crime, human trafficking, or exploitation.
- Malware, phishing kits, credential-theft pages, or content whose primary purpose is fraud, scams, or unauthorised access to systems.
- Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights (see DMCA / notice-and-takedown).
- Spam, mass-unsolicited promotion, SEO dumps, or link-farming that harms the service or other users.
- Content that unlawfully doxxes, stalks, or harasses individuals, or that reveals private personal data without a lawful basis.
- Content that is otherwise illegal under UK law (or the law applicable to you), including extreme pornography prohibited by statute where applicable.
- Attempts to bypass bans, scrape private content, overload the service, or probe security without authorisation.
Reporting abuse
Use the on-page report form on public images, or email abuse@pixgb.com. For suspected CSAM, report immediately; do not redistribute the material.
Enforcement
We may remove content, ban accounts, rate-limit access, and retain records needed for abuse handling and legal compliance. We are not obliged to monitor all uploads proactively, but we act on reports and known illegal material.
