DMCA / Notice and takedown

Last updated: 10 September 2026

PixGB respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement and how counter-notices work. For illegal non-copyright content (including CSAM), use abuse@pixgb.com or the on-page report form — do not use this process for CSAM reports.

1. Designated contact

Send copyright notices to dmca@pixgb.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”.

2. What a valid notice should include

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works on one site).
  3. The exact PixGB URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material (for example https://pixgb.com/i/… or https://pixgb.com/o/…).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for email).

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed. Misrepresentations of infringement can create legal liability for the complainant.

3. Our response

Upon a substantially compliant notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, and may notify the uploader. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, email dmca@pixgb.com with:

  1. Your name, address, phone, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its former URL.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, for US DMCA counter-notices where applicable, federal court for your district), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward the counter-notice to the complainant. Content may be restored consistent with applicable law if the complainant does not seek a court order within the relevant period.

5. UK and other jurisdictions

Rightsholders in the UK, EU, and elsewhere may send equivalent notices under applicable notice-and-takedown or intermediary rules to the same address. We may also act on court orders and valid law-enforcement requests.

6. Trademarks and other rights

For clear trademark misuse or other IP claims, contact dmca@pixgb.com with comparable detail (mark, URLs, ownership, good-faith statement). We evaluate these case by case.
